Moumita's Vision
Born in the vibrant cultural hub of Kolkata, Moumis Design was founded by Moumita Majumder with a simple yet profound goal: to help every woman feel celebrated in what she wears.
Her name, Moumita, means “sweet friend”, and that is how we want shopping here to feel: like a friend helping you choose the perfect saree, honest about fit and colour, and happy to help long after it arrives.
What started as a love for handwoven sarees has grown into a curated house of Kanjivaram and Banarasi silks, everyday kurtis and heirloom-style ornaments. Every piece is chosen to be worn, loved and passed on.
